Dear Taxpayers, Return filing functionality with respect to MVAT Act, Profession Tax Act is now made available and working smoothly.
Periodicity of the MVAT_CST dealers for F.Y. 2023-24 is available in "What's New" section

Regarding allocation of rights of PAN Correction, Password reset, Profile creation and non-core amendment on SAP System, please click on following link.
A separate template of PTRC return in form III B for the return periods starting from April 2023 onwards is available at “Download >>Forms”. Kindly use the appropriate template to upload your PTRC returns.
If any dealer faces the issue of “Signature validity is Unknown” in Digital Signature panel e-CST declarations issued online by MGSTD, please add the Certificate in Trusted certificate of your PDF viewer. Detailed steps to be followed are given in the manual “Validating e-CST Forms”. Path for it as MGSTD Portal>Dealer Services > Manuals and procedures> second page Sr.22 Others> Subject>Validating E-CST forms.
Template of PTRC returns in form III B for return periods upto March 2022 is separate and is available at “Download Forms”and “What's New Section”. Kindly use the appropriate template to upload your PTRC returns.
For making any complaint about corruption, please contact the Chief Vigilance Officer, GST Department Maharashtra, Mumbai on the phone number 022/23760012, 23760883.
Online facility is available on gst.gov.in for filing online appeal application against order passed by Advance Ruling Authority., kindly avail the facility.
